Small heart shaped mints, a sophisticated wedding favour for guests looking for something a little different from chocolates and sweets. Ever thought of designing your wedding theme around your favours? Generally, brides use a favourite “wedding colour” or a wedding theme possibly guided by the season they are getting married in such as a winter wedding or by the location of their wedding to gain inspiration.
Why not let these small heart shaped mints, with a subtle refreshing taste of peppermint for your guests, be a guide to help plan your wedding theme. We have had several customers who have used these mints to build in some original and unexpected ideas to wow their guests. You can build the mint theme into so many different areas of your wedding. Here are some exciting ideas to get you thinking...
The beginning of any wedding is the stationery to send out to your guests, this stationery could be embossed with mint leaves onto plain white card and scented with mint which you can either ask a professional to do or do some creative scenting yourself! Now for the wedding colour theme, what colours go with the mint theme? What colours don’t go with the mint theme would be easier to ask, so if pink is still one of your favourite “wedding colour schemes”, pink and mint work will still work very well together, as would a twist on a favourite wedding colour of purple but go for a lavender shade with the mint.
Wedding breakfast tables can be used to show off your heart shaped mints by either scattering them over the table or putting them in personalised favour boxes, or as one of our customers did she collected the small hotel jam jars and filled these with mints and personalised the lids with guests names herself with a green art craft pen. Have your water served in mint green water bottles to add to the authenticity of your mint table theme.
Entertaining your guests with food and beverages couldn’t be easier as mint can be added to many drinks or cocktails, what about serving mojitos to your guests, these are a great party drink. If you have children attending, serve non alcoholic grapefruit and mint cocktails which would go down a treat with them. All glasses would be decorating with mint leaves, again adding to the subtle effect. With food you can either have mint in your starters or deserts, with mint dessert choices such as mint ice cream just as a start off being endless this should be easy to achieve. Or simply use sprigs of mints as garnish to any dishes.
Finally, you have the wedding cake. Again the themes are endless here and probably one of the biggest statements you can make is working your theme into your centre peace of the wedding breakfast!
These small individual white heart shaped mints measure approximately 1.4cm by 1.4cm, have a lovely subtle peppermint flavour and come in quantities of 50 and start at 50 going up to 1000 individual mints in a bag, and can then be ordered in multiple orders. Another great plus with these mints is the minimum 12 months shelf life on all orders which as any bride knows any items they can quickly tick off their “action lists” early on is always a bonus!
